Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements including M&A, EPC, supply, and financing documents
Support utility-scale solar and battery energy storage transactions
Handle corporate governance matters including LLC agreements and bylaws
Advise management on legal risk and transactional strategy
Coordinate with Development, Capital Markets, EPC, and Operations teams
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Manage complex matters independently with high quality and timeliness
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.)
Member in good standing of a U.S. state bar
3–5 years of relevant experience
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
Strong team-oriented mindset
Preferred
Utility-scale solar and/or BESS transactional experience
Familiarity with FERC, ERCOT, NERC frameworks preferred
