Responsibilities
Identify, size, and analyze trend data for Returns, Repairs, and Remanufacturing operations
Build and maintain data views to understand operational performance and identify quality trends
Ensure process data is effectively feeding KPI and other user dashboards
Work to connect Reverse Logistics data insights to product and customer quality data
Identify business process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and eliminate waste
Present project reviews in written reports and oral presentations to all levels of Supply Chain management
Project work in support of Reverse Logistics operations
Qualification
Required
Working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) enabling report creation
Working knowledge of data reporting and use cases for the data being collected
Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence
Attention to detail and results oriented
Creativity and innovation in analysis of data sets
Must be self-motivated with a constant sense of urgency
Preferred
Knowledge of Reverse Logistics and Supply Chain operations
Able to handle complex tasks and assignments along with demonstrated ability to lead team initiatives
Working knowledge of 8D Problem Solving, Six Sigma and Lean Principles
