Salesforce System Administrator

As a Salesforce Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the technical configuration, maintenance, and ongoing administration of Salesforce, nCino, and related systems, ensuring efficient and scalable workflows.

Responsibilities
Manage Salesforce/nCino configuration, customizations, user provisioning, roles, profiles, security settings, and access controls
Design, build, test, and deploy platform enhancements while maintaining integrations across on‑premise, cloud, SaaS, and Salesforce Azure environments
Oversee release readiness, environment management, feature packages, documentation, and routine reviews to ensure stability, integrity, and long‑term sustainability
Serve as a subject matter expert, troubleshoot and resolve system issues, assess Association wide impacts, and provide reporting and best‑practice support
Manage and refine Salesforce/nCino Platform Design (custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflow, and approval processes)
Manage day to day provisioning and permission management. Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings etc. (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Security)
Design, document, build, test and deploy enhancements to custom objects, page layouts, workflows, alerts, and complex dashboards
Perform routine review of code, configuration, data and usage to ensure integrity, long term viability and adoption
Maintain document libraries, build custom documents, letters and/or email templates as requested
Configure and maintain both internal and cloud based supporting systems and their integrations across our environment
Monitor system environment and integrations across on-premise, Cloud, and SaaS systems to identify and resolve issues while coordinating with appropriate team members
Manage Salesforce Azure environment
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on nCino and Salesforce and on their uses within the lending industry
Maintain a holistic view of all business processes and users in the system to understand cross functional impacts with regard to configuration, process, workflow and reporting
Recommend best practices based on research, system and industry knowledge and interactions with the user community
Identify reporting needs; Design, develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards and associated documentation as needed
Research changes in upcoming Salesforce and nCino versions and recommend and perform configuration, testing, change management and communication steps and processes
Design, document, build, test and deploy enhancements to custom objects, page layouts, workflows, alerts, and complex dashboards
Manage the configuration and development lifecycle across all environments and coordinate the merging of foundational platform configurations
Manage feature packages in source code repository and deployment tools
Tests core application functionality and integration points
Update environmental and process documentation as environmental and system changes are made
Utilize appropriate change management practices
Troubleshoot system issues by opening tickets, researching, and monitoring to resolution
Determines root cause and scope of issues while coordinating with appropriate staff
Resolves issues or coordinate and escalate to others with appropriate communication for resolution
Document issues and resolution for future reference
Other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
3+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform essential job functions
Salesforce Administrator Certification
nCino Administrator Certification
Working knowledge of Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and supporting Salesforce Azure environments
Proven ability to leverage AutoRABIT for Salesforce DevOps automation, deployments, version control integration, and release management
Strong understanding of Microsoft software suites, connectivity, and general application server configuration
Skilled in troubleshooting, communication, and systematic problem‑solving
Able to work independently or collaboratively across cross‑functional teams with strong attention to detail
