Responsibilities
Lead Quality Strategy & Execution
Drive site quality performance to meet or exceed internal standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations
Partner cross-functionally to embed quality into manufacturing and operational processes
Oversee effective investigation, root cause analysis, and closure of CAPAs
Guide engineers in responding to customer feedback, complaints, and audit findings
Monitor and improve quality metrics aligned to the site quality plan
Lead product and process quality improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving and audit tools
Identify opportunities to reduce cost of poor quality and improve manufacturing performance
Support development of the site’s quality roadmap in alignment with corporate and regional quality strategies
Ensure quality systems and procedures are effective, scalable, and compliant
Lead, coach, and develop quality engineers and staff
Drive a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and operational excellence
Support succession planning and talent development
Model company core values and promote a strong culture of quality and integrity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical field required
5+ years of experience in quality within a manufacturing environment (3+ years with a Master's degree)
Experience with quality tools such as CAPA, audits, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies
Strong cross-functional communication and leadership skills
A combination of education and experience will be considered
Preferred
Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
