Responsibilities
Work as a Team: Effectively collaborate with other team members to quickly and accurately execute daily operational tasks
Problem Solve: We rely on our team to help identify ways to make our processes best serve our customers safely and efficiently. You’ll have the opportunity to identify inefficiencies and help create better processes to fix the issues
Pick and Ship Out Online Orders: Accurately pick products based on order details and prepare items for shipping. Ensure all orders are packed securely and shipped in a timely manner
Inventory Counting: Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure product availability and accuracy. Report any discrepancies and help maintain inventory integrity
Receiving Inventory: Unload and inspect incoming inventory shipments, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders. Properly store items in the designated warehouse locations
Restocking Inventory: Restock shelves and storage areas as needed, maintaining an organized and clean work environment
Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or damage before shipment and ensure all items meet company quality standards
Work with Laptops and Technology: Use laptops, scanners, and inventory management software to track orders, update stock levels, and manage daily tasks
Qualification
Required
Ability to be full-time in a warehouse setting on Monday through Friday. You'll have some flexibility in selecting a work shift for 8 hours per day between 7am and 8pm
1-2 years of experience in distribution, warehousing, or operations at a high growth company
Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure a solution
Naturally organized and detail-oriented
Curious and capable of learning new things quickly
Excellent communication skills
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require physical activity
Preferred
Experience in large Warehouse settings
Working with Netsuite
Experience training peers and/or creating work instructions for peers
IT experience / software / systems troubleshooting
Operate box truck: including loading and unloading and driving materials between our warehouse and the lab (drug testing is required)
