Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in a leadership role within the sales function, preferably in a similar industry

MBA preferred
Familiarity with CRM tools and other sales enabling platforms is an advantage
