Responsibilities
Lead project-based deployments and implementation of new technologies
Handle L3 escalations (this is not a ticket-heavy desk role)
Design and evaluate custom solutions for client environments
Work across Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, and light networking
Create tools, scripts, and automations to improve team efficiency
Serve as a senior technical voice—knowing when to run with solutions and when to collaborate
Qualification
Required
Strong MSP background is required
5+ years of hands-on IT experience (Tier 2.5–3 level)
MSP generalist skillset: Windows 10/11, M365, Azure, VMware
Light networking experience (firewalls, switches)
Comfortable owning projects end-to-end
Curious, driven, and able to figure things out independently
Preferred
Experience with PowerShell or scripting is a big plus
