Responsibilities
Perform Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrades on approximately 250 devices
Utilize ManageEngine to deploy and manage OS upgrades
Troubleshoot upgrade-related issues and resolve post-migration problems
Provide onsite desktop support for end users as needed
Document upgrade processes, issues, and resolutions
Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure timelines and standards are met
Qualification
Required
Proven experience performing Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrades
Strong hands-on desktop support / IT technician background
Experience using endpoint management tools (ManageEngine preferred)
Solid troubleshooting skills for hardware, OS, and application issues
Ability to work onsite and interact professionally with end users
Preferred
Any SharePoint experience (user support, basic administration, or troubleshooting)
Experience supporting enterprise-scale OS migration projects
