As a Human Resources intern, you will focus on specific process improvement projects that support the corporate strategy at their lithium-ion battery plant in Holland, MI.

Responsibilities
Supporting HR department with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, spreadsheets and reports
Updating ERP systems with training records
Scheduling training sessions and distributing materials
Setting up orientation for new hires
Maintaining inventory of training materials
Performing other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field - Junior or Senior standing
Minimum GPA requirement of 3.0 GPA or higher
Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, presentation
Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to be flexible and adapt to new task and projects
Strong attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
Ability to handle sensitive information while maintaining high degree of confidentiality
