Responsibilities
Lead and own test strategy, test planning, execution, reporting, and closure documentation
Prepare and manage testing artifacts such as Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Summary Reports, Defect Reports, and Closure Documents
Coordinate with and manage offshore QA teams , ensuring execution aligns with the test strategy
Actively participate in stakeholder and business calls; be proactive and independent
Daily focus on test execution, reporting, and quality metrics
Identify opportunities for test automation and collaborate with automation engineers
Qualification
Required
8–10 years of experience in QA/Testing, including functional testing and test management
Lead and own test strategy, test planning, execution, reporting, and closure documentation
Prepare and manage testing artifacts such as Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Summary Reports, Defect Reports, and Closure Documents
Hands-on experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Coordinate with and manage offshore QA teams, ensuring execution aligns with the test strategy
Actively participate in stakeholder and business calls; be proactive and independent
Daily focus on test execution, reporting, and quality metrics
Identify opportunities for test automation and collaborate with automation engineers
Basic hands-on exposure to automation frameworks (Selenium preferred)
Preferred
Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, or JUnit
Ability to review automation scripts and ensure adequate test coverage
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Experience using AI-assisted tools like Microsoft CoPilot or similar
Ability to leverage AI for test documentation, defect analysis, and improving test coverage
