Strategic Growth & Partnerships Lead
Tarzo is building the central nervous system for media buying, utilizing AI-driven automation to transform digital advertising. They are seeking a Strategic Growth & Partnerships Lead to drive partner acquisition and revenue growth across SaaS and media lines, focusing on building relationships and structuring deals.

Responsibilities
Acquire new SaaS clients (media teams, agencies, ecommerce brands) through structured outbound and inbound strategies
Establish new media partnerships (advertisers, affiliates, publishers) and drive revenue-generating collaborations
Develop and close high-impact deals across verticals, structuring SaaS, rev-share, or hybrid agreements
Run targeted outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, BD tools) and build simple inbound lead funnels with support from design/product
Deliver market insights to product and leadership, maintain pipeline accuracy, and ensure clean CRM reporting
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or growth in ad tech, leadgen or performance marketing - A MUST
Strong communicator and negotiator; confident in client-facing roles
Proven ability to identify, pursue, and close high-value deals
Comfortable working across different deal types—rev share, SaaS, media partnerships, etc
Familiarity with the digital media landscape—traffic sources, affiliates, SaaS tools
Self-starter who thrives in high-speed, high-autonomy environments
Preferred
Previous experience working in performance marketing, ad networks, or affiliate marketing
Knowledge of the performance advertising ecosystem
Experience doing B2B SaaS sales to marketing/media teams
Ability to write compelling outreach messages and structure pitches/decks
