Customer Service Order Entry specialist

Metro Sales Inc. is an industry leading hardware, software, and managed services provider in the Midwest. They are seeking a Customer Service/Order Entry Specialist responsible for processing orders and delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining call and email volume expectations.

Manufacturing

Responsibilities

Receive and process incoming calls and emails
Process supply orders and submit returns on vendor websites
Strive to exceed team goals: calls per day, average talk time on live calls, % of Productivity, service error rates, supply error rates and phone audits
Maintain team goals for Hold Time and Grade of Service
Process standard reports within excel and proprietary software
Participate in cross training to support other departments as needed
Other responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor or Manager

Qualification

Customer service experienceMicrosoft OfficeTyping skillsTen-key skillsPrioritization skillsCommunication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
Microsoft office products MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
Able to travel to all Metro Sales locations (estimated 10 days a year) and Customer locations as needed
Valid Drivers License
Clean Driving Record

Preferred

Excellent typing & Ten-key skills
Exhibit excellent Communication, organizational and prioritization skills
Prior Customer service experience
