Responsibilities

Engage with stakeholders to elicit business needs for CMS and related aviation workflows (crew scheduling, flight operations, safety)
Conduct workshops, interviews, and process mapping for crew operations
Prepare BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with Agile practices
Maintain traceability matrices and ensure compliance with aviation standards (FAA/EASA)
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and delivery teams for scope clarity
Manage change requests and perform impact analysis
Support UAT planning and execution; validate deliverables against requirements
Mentor junior Client and enforce documentation standards across CMS modules
Ensure consistency in analysis practices across all aviation workflows

Required

Strong experience in requirements elicitation, gap analysis, and process modeling
Expertise in BRD/FSD creation, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, and Azure ADO
Deep understanding of Crew Management Systems (CMS) and aviation operations
Familiarity with regulatory compliance (FAA/EASA) and airline industry standards
Basic knowledge of cloud-native platforms, API integrations, and microservices
Ability to collaborate effectively with architects and developers
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to lead BA teams and enforce documentation standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Preferred

CBAP or PMI-PBA for business analysis
SAFe® Agilist for scaled agile delivery
Airline domain certifications (IATA or equivalent)
