Responsibilities

Team lead for the Salesforce integration implementation team
Evaluates Out-Of-The-Box options or design patterns that require minimal customization
Provide implementation timeline and resource management
Performs code reviews and makes sure development team is following prescribed standards
Assists in troubleshooting and clarifying technical issues
Makes sure proper test coverage and unit testing is performed
Coordinates deployments with Release Manager
Owns accountability for technical assessment within SDLC
Accountable to oversee that platform standards are defined and adhered to
Oversees the Design Authority to manage the Build/Buy/Configure Strategy
