Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to define effective metrics and measurements for key internal initiatives
Analyze and integrate data from multiple sources to deliver use-case-driven insights and solutions
Write and maintain complex queries and datasets to support self-service reporting and analytics
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and analytical solutions using tools such as Tableau and Power BI
Perform data validation, testing, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability
Collaborate with IT teams to identify data sources, storage needs, and architectural considerations
Develop and support ETL processes, database designs, and analytic tools for both real-time and batch processing
Translate business requirements into technical designs, queries, and reporting solutions
Prepare visualizations and presentations that clearly communicate insights to non-technical audiences
Own recurring reporting processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Mentor and support junior analysts while helping grow a data-driven culture across the team
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in data analysis, analytics engineering, or a related role
Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling principles
Hands-on experience working with large datasets in AWS environments
Proficiency in SQL and Python (Athena/Anaconda experience preferred; SageMaker a plus)
Advanced experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Strong attention to detail, documentation, and data quality practices
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders
Curiosity, initiative, and the ability to work effectively under tight timelines
Preferred
Athena/Anaconda experience preferred; SageMaker a plus
Experience in regulated, financial, or governance-driven environments is a plus
