Service Account Manager – Automated Machinery – Direct Hire
RemX is a global leader in automated processing and packaging machinery used in the pharmaceutical, personal care, and cosmetics industries. They are seeking a Service Account Manager to build customer relationships, coordinate technical service activities, and manage service maintenance agreements.

Responsibilities
Serve as the main contact for assigned customers
Build and maintain long-term relationships
Identify opportunities for service growth
Develop and manage service maintenance agreements
Quote spare parts, PM programs, tooling, and upgrades
Support service-related sales targets
Collaborate with engineering, field service, and parts teams
Assist with technical discussions and documentation
Maintain accurate PM lists, spare parts records, and service histories
Coordinate onsite service visits
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or 8+ years of relevant industrial experience
5+ years in manufacturing, machinery, automation, or OEM service
Ability to interpret technical drawings and equipment documentation
Strong communication and customer-facing skills
Ability to travel up to 25% domestic and international
Preferred
Experience with service agreements, PM programs, or spare parts is beneficial
Willingness to travel: 25%
