Responsibilities
Ensure seamless deployments of Surfside's digital SDKs, e-commerce tracking, POS/API connections, and advanced retail media solutions for our diverse client base
Collaborate within the team to design integrations that are scalable, secure, and resilient with ad exchanges, data providers, and partner platforms
Communicate technical scopes both internally and externally with clients, retailers, and partners as needed, providing guidance and troubleshooting
Debug and resolve integration issues with partners and stakeholders
Write production-ready code and internal tooling, and maintain detailed partner-facing technical specs and documentation
Improve observability, logging, and alerting for integration services
Qualification
Required
Hands-on technical background with proficiency in JavaScript, API integrations, data pipelines, and web technologies (HTML, CSS)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across diverse teams and clients
Exceptional communication abilities, including the capability to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
An analytical mindset—comfortable with data validation, debugging tools, and ensuring end-to-end data quality
Preferred
Experience with ad-tech, retail media platforms, or e-commerce/POS integrations
