Senior Ability Analyst

Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to obtain and share information related to long-term disability claims
Deliver outstanding customer service through professional written and verbal communication
Collect and analyze information, applying critical thinking and mathematical skills to make sound decisions and draw accurate conclusions
Apply business acumen and technical expertise to make ethical, well-informed decisions based on analysis, experience, and judgment, with management guidance as needed
Commit to meeting the expectations and requirements of both internal and external customers
Contribute to a positive team culture that supports Group Benefit Claims Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and objectives
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 1 year of quality customer service experience required
At least 1 year of claims experience required
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
Experience reviewing medical records strongly preferred
