Lead day-to-day delivery for an Automation team (4–6 engineers)
Run huddles, prioritize work, and keep execution on track
Own KPIs, dashboards, reporting, and escalations
Design and document workflows, process maps, and delivery standards
Drive best practices for scalable, secure automation solutions
Partner with leadership to grow automation as a core MSP offering
Qualification
Required
Recent MSP experience is required
MSP industry experience (required)
Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
Comfort in M365 / Azure-adjacent environments
Proven leadership (people management or delivery ownership)
Strong communication—can explain what was built and why
Preferred
Copilot Studio, Azure AI / Cognitive Services
CloudRadial automation
Microsoft certs (PL-200, AI-102), ITIL
