Responsibilities
Implement and configure ServiceNow GRC / Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules including:
Risk Management
Policy and Compliance
Audit Management
Issue Management
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
Configure workflows, indicators, risk statements, controls, and compliance frameworks
Integrate ServiceNow GRC with other ServiceNow modules and third-party systems
Support data migration, testing (UAT), and deployment activities
Provide technical documentation and end-user training
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and enhancements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, compliance, and IT
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform, with strong focus on GRC/IRM
Hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow GRC modules
Strong understanding of risk management, compliance, and audit processes
Experience with regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA)
ServiceNow configuration skills (business rules, workflows/flow designer, UI policies)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote, contract environment
