Strategic Services Account Manager
Sterling is a company that collaborates with top manufacturer partners to drive services solutions. The Strategic Services Account Manager will manage engagements with these partners and work closely with various teams to grow services revenue.

Responsibilities
Driving the Strategic Direction with the Partner OEM services team
Driving the Strategic Direction with the Sterling Direct services team
Partner Executive Communication
Weekly sales communications emails/services sales training
Manage partner SOW and oversee execution management
Travel to visit OEM accounts quarterly
Able to give large group presentations at the partner and within Sterling
Plan and execute marketing content and plans for key partners
Special projects and other duties as assigned by the leadership team
Qualification
Required
At least 4 years of sales, services sales, or partner management experience
Self-motivated and detail oriented
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Efficient time management skills
Strong business background
Professional in social settings
Able to work independently and within a team environment
Preferred
NVIDIA or AI/ML
MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook)
Proficient with Sales Force
Project Management
IT Industry Experience
