Responsibilities

Design and program advanced BAS/BMS applications and system graphics
Develop complex sequences of operation for HVAC, lighting, and energy systems
Integrate third‑party platforms (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, APIs)
Lead commissioning, troubleshooting, and system optimization
Support sales + project teams with technical scoping and solution design
Mentor Application Engineer I/II team members

Qualification

BAS/BMS programmingHVAC controlsNiagara N4 certificationIntegration experienceBAS programming toolsCommunicationMentoring skillsContinuous learning

Required

BAS/BMS programming + integration experience
Niagara‑centric (ideally Niagara N4 certified or equivalent)
Strong understanding of HVAC controls, networking, and industry protocols
Skilled in BAS programming tools, graphics, and databases
Ability to solve complex technical issues and guide others
Strong communication + documentation skills
Passion for continuous learning and emerging technologies
