Director Destination Pricing and Analytics
Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Director of Destination Pricing and Analytics to develop and execute pricing strategies that maximize revenue and optimize inventory. This role involves strategic analysis and operational oversight to ensure pricing decisions align with business objectives and market dynamics.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies for excursions, land programs, hotel packages, and ground transfers to maximize revenue and profitability while maintaining competitive positioning
Monitor inventory levels across all offerings and proactively adjust pricing or capacity to balance supply with demand
Lead team of pricing and business analysts in delivering pricing strategies and supporting operational teams with analytics and pricing support for custom and group requests
Collaborate cross-functionally with brand commercial, product, and sales teams to ensure pricing strategies align with broader business objectives
Provide strategic input into departmental and organizational planning by evaluating pricing performance, elasticity, and market conditions to identify growth and margin improvement opportunities
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns to inform both tactical and long-term pricing and capacity decisions
Oversee departmental reporting, partnering with Financial Planning & Budgeting to prepare and present regular updates on pricing performance, revenue forecasts, and inventory health
Collaborate with Enterprise Analytics team with new data table requests, enhancements to enterprise level reports and dashboards, and creation of department specific reports and dashboards
Ensure alignment with regional and operational leaders to balance product availability, guest demand, and logistical feasibility
Drive process improvements and the adoption of new tools or systems to enhance pricing accuracy, responsiveness, and analytical efficiency
Contribute to the development of long-term pricing frameworks and governance models that ensure consistency and strategic alignment across brands and markets
Perform other job-related functions as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or related fields
Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, or related analytical field
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills; able to manage complex issues requiring deep investigation and cross-functional coordination
Proven ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable business strategies
Advanced proficiency with pricing, analytics, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions across functional areas
