BrokerTec Intern - Summer 2026
CME Group is the world’s leading derivatives marketplace, and they are seeking a Brokertec Summer 2026 Intern to assist the Brokertec division with day-to-day activities in support of UST cash and repo trading relationships. The intern will engage in market research, data analysis, and contribute to enhancing customer experience.

Responsibilities
Assist the running of BrokerTec Markets (repo central limit order book), the BrokerTec Quote (D2C RFQ platform) and UST (clob and Brokertec Chicago) business lines
Assist the BrokerTec teams on day-to-day activities in functioning of the platforms
Assist in market research for strategic initiatives
Gather and analyse quantitative and qualitative data from internal and external sources
Attend meetings with internal stakeholders to understand wider impacts of initiatives
Customer focus and ensuring 1st class customer experience
Contributing creative ideas to platform and product solutions across the various asset classes
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
Local to New York Summer 2026
Basic Google Apps, spreadsheets, pivot tables
Bloomberg experience a Plus
