Responsibilities
Manage day to day user requests
Support a wide range of custom applications
Support Oracle's Agile Product Data Management application
Interact with technical, project, development and support teams to provide timely services
Troubleshoot system issues
Implement scalable solutions
Follow established operational processes and procedures and continue to fine tune them to improve the operational efficiency
Weekly on call services - Resource would be oncall to handle off hour system issues
Qualification
Required
10+ years of expertise designing moderately complex applications using Java technologies
10+ years of expertise in JEE technologies including Servlets, JSP, JAXP / JAXB, JDBC, JPA
5+ years of expertise in web services technologies, such as Axis, JAX-WS
5+ years of expertise in application servers, such as Weblogic/ OC4J/ Tomcat
5+ years of experience developing manufacturing/factory applications
Database experience using Oracle and MySQL required
Experience working in an onshore/offshore support model
Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
Excellent English, written and speaking
Preferred
Preferred knowledge of Web application frameworks such as Struts, Spring, GWT, ADF
Preferred knowledge of jQuery and Angular JS
Preferred knowledge of Agile SDK
Preferred knowledge of HTML 5, Ajax
Preferred knowledge of ASP and C++
