Responsibilities
Gather and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
Conduct JAD sessions, PI Planning, and facilitate discussions between business and IT teams
Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and process flows using tools like MS Visio or Lucidchart
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements align with project goals
Perform data analysis and validation using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, SSIS
Support testing efforts (test case creation, validation, UAT) using tools like ALM, TestRail, Zephyr
Assist in identifying process improvements and automation opportunities
Provide reports and presentations to stakeholders and leadership teams
Qualification
Required
10–12 years of Business Analysis experience
Strong experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
