Responsibilities
Provide feedback on feature prioritization (e.g., WhatsApp-native assessments, auto-reminders)
Introduce Lightning LMS to organizations struggling with distributed workforce training or audit failures
Share insights on emerging compliance trends to help us refine our messaging
Qualification
Required
L&D leaders and experts, those who know the ins and out creating engaging training and the pains of distributing it
Operations or HR Execs tired of 'no-login' issues and low completion rates in traditional LMS platforms
Safety Directors (EHS) who need verifiable proof of training for contractors and site-based workers
