Responsibilities
Analyze complex legal and factual issues and conduct thorough legal research to support defense strategies
Independently develop and execute defense strategies, including drafting pleadings, managing written discovery, conducting and defending depositions, and preparing motions and briefs
Provide timely, accurate legal advice and maintain clear communication with clients regarding case strategy, status, and legal issues
Assist in the preparation of cases for trial
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active admission to the state bar and in good standing
Minimum of 3–5 years of insurance defense or related civil litigation experience
Strong legal writing and research abilities, solid understanding of litigation procedures, and proficiency with standard office and legal software
