Responsibilities
Develop B2B paid media campaign strategies for our clients and implement, execute, and manage these campaigns on a day-to-day basis
Provide B2B expertise and guidance as needed on paid media inquiries
Manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously
Establish meaningful, friendly, and collaborative client relationships
Provide strategic input for new prospective engagements with our agency
Work with the design team to ensure that our creative assets are developed and delivered to consistently match approved strategies
Keep reporting up-to-date and present findings over client calls
Qualification
Required
Expert level of proficiency with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Youtube Ads, and Meta Ads
Passionate about formulating efficient campaign strategy with KPI focus
9+ years of experience in a Paid Media or similar role (agency experience preferred)
Highly motivated, self-driven, and detail oriented
Excellent written, verbal, and critical thinking skills
Ability to confidently communicate with clients and to present reporting
Ability to work under pressure and at short notice
Ability to work as a member of the team and keep communication clear and open with all relevant project stakeholders in remote-working settings
Comfortable with marketing automation and web analytics concepts
Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
Excellent at following instructions
Excellent at campaign planning
Excellent at hands-on campaign implementation, including conversion tracking
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
