Event Assistant
Responsibilities
Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown
Support event managers and brand representatives on-site
Engage with customers and represent the brand professionally
Help manage event materials, equipment, and logistics
Collect customer feedback and assist with post-event reporting
Ensure events run smoothly and according to schedule
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in Marketing or Events is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required
Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in busy environments
Prior event, promotions, or customer service experience is an advantage
