Executed PMO best practices, including project governance, reporting standards, and quality assurance protocols
Maintained project documentation, registers, and ensured compliance with organizational project management methodologies
Developed comprehensive project plans, managed timelines and dependencies, and coordinated resource allocation
Performed project administration including meeting documentation, action tracking, and deliverable management
Created and maintained communication frameworks to ensure transparency across stakeholders
Proactively identified risks, dependencies, and resource constraints
Supported post-project reviews and lessons-learned sessions
Qualification
Required
3+ years of project management or project coordination experience with PMO exposure
2+ years managing complex stakeholder relationships and facilitating cross-functional teams
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, PMO certification, or equivalent)
Experience with portfolio management tools and PMO governance frameworks
Background in corporate real estate, technology implementations, or organizational change
