Responsibilities
Understand and adhere to CCM and project-specific health and safety policies
Schedule and complete final inspections for warranty issuance for Authorized Applicators
Provide on-site technical assistance before, during, or after installation of warranted projects
Educate and promote proper installation of CCM products and roofing systems
Serve as the day-to-day technical expert within the assigned territory, providing timely and effective support to customers
Conduct warranty claim and product investigations as required
Deliver training presentations and hands-on demonstrations for new and existing Authorized Applicators to promote quality installations
Build and maintain strong internal and external working relationships
Prepare detailed written reports and correspondence for internal and external distribution
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Professional, positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Clear, confident verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to understand construction-related terminology, documents, tools, products, and installation practices
Strong attention to detail with the ability to assess both specific issues and overall project conditions
Comfortable using technology, including Microsoft Office applications and CCM-specific software and hardware systems
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of three (3) years of construction or commercial roofing-related experience
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record in accordance with company policy
Preferred
Associate or bachelor's degree
Previous roofing or construction experience (including internships or summer work)
