Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Hirewell is seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support their recruiting team and hiring managers throughout the hiring process. This role is critical for maintaining efficient searches and ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple calendars, time zones, and stakeholders
Serve as a main point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and clear communication
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep searches organized and on track
Manage interview logistics including confirmations, reschedules, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the applicant tracking system
Anticipate scheduling or process challenges and proactively propose solutions
Support the TA team with administrative and operational tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of relevant experience supporting a talent acquisition or recruiting team
Proven ability to manage high volumes of scheduling and competing priorities
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working with hiring managers at varying levels of the organization
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment
