Responsibilities

Assess current-state FP&A and reporting workflows and define target-state operating model and controls
Architect and stabilize automated ERP-to-EPM data flows (actuals, forecast, budget, allocations, KPIs)
Reduce spreadsheet-driven reporting and eliminate manual tagging and reclassification steps
Standardize dimensions, hierarchies, and metadata across planning, reporting, and analytics layers
Define reconciliation checkpoints, exception management, and data quality monitoring routines
Optimize EPM structures (dimensions, workflows, transformation rules, consolidation logic) for performance and scalability
Enable executive dashboards and reporting through modern BI tools aligned to planning metrics
Drive delivery with urgency, clear communication, and cross-functional stakeholder management

Required

12+ years in FP&A, finance transformation, or financial systems roles with measurable automation outcomes
Strong OneStream experience (build/optimize, workflows, dimensions, transformation rules)
Deep understanding of FP&A processes: forecast, budget, allocations, management reporting, close-to-report
ERP-to-EPM integration experience and financial data architecture knowledge
Fluency in accounting concepts (chart of accounts, close, consolidation, controls)
Executive-facing communication skills and ability to lead through influence in a matrix environment

Preferred

Exposure to D365, Workday, Coupa, BlackLine, Concur
Financial services or asset management domain familiarity
CPA
Power BI or Tableau enablement tied to finance data models
