Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication and follow-ups
Handle inbound sales inquiries, and conduct outbound sales calls to promote our products and services
Gain a deep understanding of our linear motion parts and their applications to effectively address customer needs and provide technical assistance
Manage the entire sales process from quotation to order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities
Work closely with the marketing, engineering, and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met and to support the development of new products
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand technical products and provide solutions
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
