Start in 2026 SummerNeedham Bank is seeking a full-time, temporary Intern to support the Specialized Banking Team. The Intern will assist with customer identification, onboarding, and relationship management while working on projects to enhance operational integrity and promote portfolio growth.

Responsibilities
Partner with SBC Business Development, Compliance and Operations and Product Team on key projects to promote efficiencies, program growth, client experience and compliance readiness
Partner with SBC Business Development Team in leveraging available public resources to identify and connect with prospects
Participate in introductory conversations with prospects and relationship review conversations with existing clients to promote client experience, compliance and profitability
Introductory education within, but not limited to, the scope of emerging market banking, Cannabis, Money Service Businesses and other high-risk business’ regulatory, compliance, legal and lending arenas and work with team members to communicate with clients on a variety of topics
Perform additional duties as requested, needed or assigned
