Responsibilities
Provide thought leadership in embedding cybersecurity into products, solutions, and services
Define, prioritize, and execute cyber initiatives that align with business strategies
Lead efforts to integrate secure SDLC, DevSecOps, and enterprise security directives
Support development of secure solution architectures and perform architecture security reviews
Evaluate technical solutions to ensure compliance with industry security standards
Provide expertise in cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance
Develop strategies to address critical cyber risk areas
Drive remediation of known vulnerabilities
Build sustainable vulnerability management practices
Track, measure, and report key cybersecurity metrics
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of security controls, architecture patterns, threat modeling, and data protection practices
Participate in working groups, guide teams on secure architecture and design
Collaborate with business and IT partners to understand strategy and challenges
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree + 10+ years of experience
Master's degree + 8+ years of experience
10+ years in information security or solution development/engineering
Experience with key industry standards such as: EU‑CRA, ISO 27001, NIST CSF / NIST 800‑82, ISA 62443, OWASP
Experience across the following cybersecurity areas: Secure application architecture & DevOps tooling, Cloud security and service deployment, Connected asset security, Integrating security into SDLC & CI/CD, Threat modeling & risk analysis, Vulnerability assessment & remediation, IAM principles & best practices, Embedded systems security, On‑prem & cloud networking concepts, API & Web services security, Power BI for metric reporting
Preferred
Professional certifications: CISSP, CCSP, CSSLP, GISCP, GPEN, GWEB, etc
Strong communication skills for translating complex concepts to non‑technical audiences
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment
Experience in project management and change management
Ability to develop metrics and executive‑level decision support content
