Responsibilities
Manage and maintain HPE Aruba , Cisco , and Cisco Meraki network infrastructures across multiple customer environments
Utilize internal monitoring and management tools, including Auvik , to support network performance and visibility
Collaborate directly with customers’ internal engineering teams to deliver a high level of technical support
Partner with Laketec’s project engineering team on escalations and provide occasional assistance with project deployments
Continuously expand technical expertise through Laketec‑provided training, lab time, and certification support
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in a network engineering or network support role
2+ years deploying and/or managing enterprise network solutions
Hands-on experience with switching and wireless platforms from HPE, Cisco, Meraki, Juniper, Mist, Extreme, or equivalent vendors
Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure
Managing complex switching solutions: 5 years (Required)
Preferred
Industry certifications from HPE Aruba, Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Extreme, or other recognized networking partners (preferred)
