Responsibilities
Lead multiple Agile scrum teams to deliver incremental improvements to mobile software
Facilitate the creation of release and sprint plans for digital product development
Manage meetings, reviews, and ceremonies to keep projects on time, within scope and within budget
Review user stories/requirements, share project risks and accomplishments with external & internal stakeholders
Collaborate and build consensus among peers, team members and external partners for project success
Set expectations & coordinate activities with internal teams, external stakeholders, and 3rd party vendors
Use project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Slack and Smartsheets to plan and manage process, people and projects
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with minimum 4 years of experience in Information Technology OR in lieu of the Bachelor's degree minimum 7 years of experience in Information Technology
Minimum of 3 years project management or scrum master experience
Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams, software developers in particular, and specific experience practicing Agile methodology
Previous experience with application development and workflow management
Participated in management of projects and implementations with both large and small corporate organizations
Advanced iPhone and/or Android user
Experience with JIRA, Confluence and Slack; fluency in MS Office
Superior organization skills and adept at multi-tasking
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills
An analytical approach to problem solving and trouble shooting
A 'can do' and flexible attitude with an ability to hit the ground running and learn on your feet
High level of initiative and can work well in a team environment
