Customer Service Support Entry Level I

Responsibilities
Respond to alarms, phones, email & chat for utilities, cities, water & sanitation
Research issues, resolve complaints, process work orders & escalations
Dispatch and coordinate with internal teams, vendors & clients
Document calls, trends, reports & system issues
Support outbound campaigns, callbacks & client announcements
Meet productivity, attendance & quality standards
Overtime possible based on client/technical needs
Qualification
Required
Full-time remote call center experience
Dedicated home office + high-speed internet (50 Mbps min)
Strong written & verbal communication (phone, email, chat)
Comfortable working independently & occasionally on camera
Proficient with MS Office & Microsoft Teams (Salesforce a plus)
Ergonomic chair + desk space for dual monitors (equipment provided)
