Qualification
Required
Leadership and Team Management: Experience in supervising teams, providing support and guidance, and maintaining a productive work environment
Customer Service and Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact effectively with diverse customers, and foster a positive shopping experience
Sales and Operations Management: Proven ability to drive sales goals, optimize retail operations, and manage inventory effectively
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, management, or a related field is a plus
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Proficiency in using retail management software and technology solutions is an advantage
