Responsibilities
General repair and maintenance including repair of machinery, HVAC systems, plumbing and electrical wiring
Safety Inspections: perform audits and inspect buildings to confirm safety standards and identify potential hazards: prepare repair and/or replacement recommendations
Perform electrical maintenance to include lighting, switches , outlets, fuses, breakers
Repair equipment utilizing hand and power tools
Participate in planning and executing office and building renovations
Conduct predictive and preventative maintenance
Responsible areas include corporate office buildings and manufacturing plants
Electrical troubleshooting, installations and repairs
Executing preventative maintenance programs
Routine repairs (e.g., windows, doors, walls, patch & paint, etc.)
Grounds Maintenance daily
Assist Department Manager with Maintaining HVAC equipment for proper climate control
Qualification
Required
Three or more years of experience in facilities maintenance
Professional experience with single-phase and three-phase electric power
Strong mechanical aptitude
Problem-Solving: ability to diagnose issues and find effective solutions
Attention to detail, ensuring repairs are thorough and accurate
Good communication skills
Predictive and preventative maintenance experience
Preferred
Entry level HVAC experience preferred by not required
