Responsibilities

Design and implement sophisticated global sourcing strategies that adapt to dynamic market conditions
Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic suppliers to maximize value and foster innovation
Lead complex negotiations, contract development, and risk management initiatives
Perform market and commodity analyses to guide sourcing decisions
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align category strategies with business priorities
Mentor and develop junior sourcing professionals while leading cross-functional projects
Drive continuous improvement in supplier performance and cost optimization
Exercise discretion in negotiating high-impact agreements and coach others in advanced negotiation techniques
Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or related field

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and supplier performance
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring talent
Exceptional communication, analytical, and project management skills

Preferred

MBA preferred
Professional certifications (CPSM, CPIM, CPM) are a plus
