The Subcontracts Administrator will manage all procurement and administrative activities related to subcontracting, overseeing the entire lifecycle from pre-award to close-out while ensuring compliance with established procedures.

Responsibilities
Effectively manage the subcontracts lifecycle as associated with procurement activity
Issue requests for proposals, evaluate proposals, and qualify suppliers
Maintain accurate subcontract files in compliance with established procedures
Utilize problem-solving skills and industry knowledge to steer best practices for the group
Display expertise within the subcontracting focus and seek continuous improvement within both processes and individual skills
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
At least 2+ years of experience in subcontract administration or related procurement activities
Strong understanding of procurement processes, proposal evaluation, and subcontract management
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Preferred
Previous experience working with government contracts and their compliance requirements
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with subcontractor claims resolution
Experience using procurement software or contract management systems
