Responsibilities
Prepare comprehensive annual budgets and conduct quarterly reforecasts to support strategic financial planning
Communicate business strategies and goals, monitor performance against targets, and identify key risks and performance gaps
Deliver regular performance updates to executive leadership, highlighting key business drivers and trends
Perform complex business and financial modeling, applying critical thinking and sound judgment to support analysis and recommendations
Drive and support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting
Foster strong, collaborative relationships across teams and departments to support shared business goals
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
3-5 years of applicable and relevant experience
Strong Microsoft Excel skills required, including model building using dynamic arrays
Adapt effectively to change while managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate self-motivation and proactive ownership, maintaining a positive, solution-oriented approach to work
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support shared goals and initiatives
Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Solid understanding of financial statements and how they are interconnected
Demonstrate working knowledge of public company reporting and the relationship between operational activity and financial performance
Preferred
Previous experience with OneStream, Hyperion or a similar product
Leverage working knowledge of commercial real estate, including exposure to mergers and acquisitions, leasing, asset management, development, valuations, budgeting and forecasting, and capital markets
