Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 10-15 Product Support Specialists, fostering a culture of outstanding customer service
Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and achievement of performance targets
Deliver coaching and training to support team development and maximize productivity
Manage escalated customer issues and disputes, ensuring timely and effective resolutions in line with our luxury brand values
Monitor and evaluate team member performance, providing constructive feedback and conducting regular performance reviews
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve processes and elevate the overall customer experience
Qualification
Required
Proven track record managing teams of 10-15 direct reports in a Product Support environment
Experience in driving team excellence through ongoing coaching, training, and performance management initiatives
Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Product Support Specialists
Experience in overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to quality standards
Ability to deliver coaching and training to support team development and maximize productivity
Experience in managing escalated customer issues and disputes
Ability to monitor and evaluate team member performance and provide constructive feedback
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional partners to improve processes and elevate the overall customer experience
