Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities
Manage HR operational processes through a team of HR professionals - including new hire and exit processing, attendance, unemployment, etc
Administer human resources policies and procedures
Investigate employee relations issues and discipline
Coach managers on HR processes and procedures
Manage and administer employee leaves
Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations and collective bargaining agreement (CBA) concerning employment, including security officer licensing
Manage employee uniform process and front desk team
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in related field
Solid understanding of federal and state employment regulations
Commitment to operational excellence and process improvement
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
3 years or more in human resources
1 years or more of leading a team of HR/administrative office professionals
