On-Site Tech Support Agent

Willetts Technology is a tech company dedicated to serving the health and human service industry. They are seeking an On-Site Tech Support Agent to provide technical guidance and support to end users, manage assets, and work alongside system/network engineers.

Responsibilities

Supporting end user with technical guidance and support
The position also requires the ability to work efficiently, effectively, and in a timely manner
Imaging and Deploying equipment to staff and locations
Working on projects with the system/network engineers
Following up with tickets to ensure resolution for end user's issues
Asset tracking and management
Documenting processes and customer networks
Finding and suggesting solutions for company's IT needs
Finding and implementing the right hardware/software for our client base
Keeping daily tasks organized and scheduled
Finishing tasks/projects on time
Being able to help out where needed with team members and the company
Following company policies and procedures
Introducing best practices and implementing for our clients
Recommending best hardware/software to use internally/externally
Expanding your knowledge in the IT field
Growing your soft skills for improved customer/team experience
Travel to sites around Des Moines

Qualification

BASIC LAN/WAN ConfigurationMDMPrinter/Scanner TroubleshootingOutlook ConfigurationExchange Email SetupPC Setup/MovesHands-on IT SupportVerbal CommunicationTime Management

Required

At least 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE in the realm of end user IT support
A two (2) year technical degree would be beneficial
BASIC LAN/WAN Configuration --TCP/IP, DNS
Outlook Configuration
Apple Configurator
MDM
Exchange Email Account Setup
Printer/Scanner Troubleshooting and Setup
PC Setup/Moves
Daily Activity/Customer Environments
Good Verbal and Written Communication
Ability to Organize and Time Manage
A valid US driver's license
A reliable vehicle to service multiple locations
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
Pass a criminal background screening
Medical clearance to verify ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when necessary
Ability to crawl under desks and maneuver in other tight spaces
Driving record check to verify driver's license is valid
