Qualification
Required
Proficiency in conducting home inspections and evaluating property conditions
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide detailed inspection reports and consult with clients
Basic knowledge of home systems and construction (experience as a home inspector or in real estate is a plus)
Ability to adapt to technology, including home inspection tools and software
Commitment to uphold the integrity and professionalism of the ABCHI brand
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
