Responsibilities
Build, optimise, and maintain responsive, accessible, and performant front-end applications
Define and implement design systems and component libraries to accelerate development and maintain UI consistency
Work with backend engineers to design efficient APIs and integrations
Stay up-to-date on emerging front-end technologies and proactively bring innovative solutions to the team
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional front-end engineering experience
Expertise with React, TypeScript, and modern front-end tooling, including familiarity with server-side best practices
Strong commercial knowledge of working with Next.js
Deep understanding of state management, performance optimization, and component-driven development
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
Startup-friendly mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and wearing multiple hats
Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail in documentation and design
Preferred
Previous experience scaling engineering teams in a high-growth environment
Experience with data visualization frameworks (e.g., AG Grid, D3)
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and performance monitoring tools
